As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of hardware products, including notebooks, PCs, servers, storage systems, and printers. Your daily tasks will include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, participating in large-scale migration and rollout projects, and setting up video conferencing systems. You will also provide direct end-user support and training.
