This role involves leading the administrative operations for the newly formed 'Pastoral Spaces' within the Catholic Diocese of Münster in Ibbenbüren. As the Head of Administration, you will oversee all non-pastoral staff, including parish secretaries, sextons, and maintenance crews, while relieving parish priests of operational administrative burdens. Your daily tasks will involve advising church boards on human resources, budgeting, accounting, real estate management, and investment projects. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in the field of finance, specifically in cameralistics or new municipal financial management (NKF)
  • Proven leadership experience and competence in managing diverse teams
  • Experience in managing and designing organizational change processes
  • Experience working with committees and boards
  • Familiarity with church administrative structures is highly desirable
