This role involves leading the administrative operations for a newly formed 'Pastoral Space' within the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Münster. As the Head of Administration, you will oversee all non-pastoral staff, including administrative assistants, musicians, sextons, and maintenance workers. Your primary objective is to relieve the lead pastors of administrative burdens by managing personnel, budgeting, accounting, and property management. You will act as a strategic advisor to church boards, guiding them through investment measures and financial planning.
