Job Summary

This role involves leading the administrative operations for the newly established Pastoral Spaces within the Diocese of Münster in Ibbenbüren. As the Head of Administration, you will oversee all non-pastoral staff, including secretarial, maintenance, and music personnel, while relieving parish priests of operational administrative burdens. Your daily tasks will include advising church boards on personnel management, budgeting, accounting, real estate, and investment projects. This position is unique as it offers the opportunity to actively shape a new job profile and drive significant organizational change processes within the church structure. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (FH/Bachelor) in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification such as the 'Verwaltungslehrgang II' or 'Diplom-Verwaltungswirt'.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the field of finance, specifically in Cameralistics or New Municipal Finance (NKF)
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage diverse teams
  • Experience in managing organizational change processes
  • Experience working with committees or governing boards
  • Professional background within church administrative structures is highly preferred
