Job Summary

As the Head of Administration for the Pastoral Area in Ibbenbüren, you will play a pivotal role in restructuring the administrative landscape of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Münster. You will lead and manage all non-pastoral staff, including parish secretaries, musicians, and facility management personnel. Your primary mission is to relieve parish priests of operational administrative burdens by overseeing personnel management, budgeting, accounting, and real estate investments.
