Job Summary

As the Head of Geotechnical Engineering, you will take on a strategic leadership role focused on the technical management and development of an established geotechnical department. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and tendering to the final expert report. You will be responsible for the technical quality assurance of geotechnical reports, coordinating field and laboratory investigations, and managing drilling campaigns. A significant portion of the role involves performing and reviewing complex soil mechanics and earthwork calculations. Beyond technical tasks, you will provide professional leadership and mentorship to a team of geotechnical specialists, ensuring their continuous development.
