Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Agent at BKW Engineering, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support within a large network of engineering and architecture firms. Your daily responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, and resolving IT incidents and service requests through phone, the ServiceNow ticketing system, or on-site support. You will perform initial diagnostics for hardware and software issues, manage Windows clients, and handle user account administration and permissions. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy troubleshooting and documenting technical solutions. Required Skills
