Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Agent at BKW Engineering's Hamburg office, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support within a large network of engineering and architectural firms. Your daily responsibilities include accepting, prioritizing, and resolving IT incidents and service requests through telephone, the ServiceNow ticketing system, and on-site support. You will perform initial diagnostics for hardware and software issues, manage Windows clients, and handle user account administration and permissions. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Experience with ticketing systems, specifically ServiceNow
  • Experience in managing user accounts and access permissions
  • Experience supporting mobile devices and standard office software
