As the Head of Building Services Engineering at the Fraunhofer Stuttgart Research Campus (IZS), you will lead a team of eleven professionals responsible for the technical facility management of one of Europe's largest research centers. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing the safe and efficient operation of technical systems, managing maintenance and construction projects, and steering external service providers.
