Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or Diploma in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in characterization and analysis of semiconductor components
- Experience in circuit design for analog and digital applications
- Proven ability to work independently in a scientific or research environment
- Experience with VHDL programming and design automation is preferred
Languages
Additional
- Initial contract duration is 2 years. Willingness to work in a 39-hour full-time capacity (though part-time is possible). Location-based at the Fraunhofer IAF facility.
