Job Summary

This part-time role (50% / 19.5 hours per week) is based within the Finance and Assets department, specifically supporting a portfolio of 28 independent and fiduciary foundations. You will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations, including payment transactions, donor data management, and the processing of recurring donations and direct debits. A key part of the role involves preparing donation certificates and supporting the preparation of annual financial statements through account reconciliation and reporting. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in tax or commercial accounting who values a structured work environment. Required Skills

Education

  • Proven experience using DATEV for accounting tasks
  • Experience in a commercial or administrative environment
