Job Summary

This part-time position (50% FTE) within the Finance and Assets department of the Diocese of Aachen focuses on the financial management of 28 independent and fiduciary foundations. As an Accountant for Foundations, you will handle the day-to-day bookkeeping, process payment transactions, and manage donor data, including the processing of recurring donations and direct debits. A significant portion of the role involves preparing donation certificates, drafting letters of thanks, and supporting the preparation of annual financial statements through account reconciliation and reporting.
