Job Summary

This part-time position (50% FTE) within the Finance and Assets department of the Diocese of Aachen focuses on the financial administration of 28 independent and fiduciary foundations. As an Accountant for Foundations, you will manage day-to-day payment transactions, maintain donor databases, and process recurring donations via direct debit. A significant portion of the role involves preparing donation certificates, drafting thank-you letters, and supporting the preparation of annual financial statements by ensuring account accuracy and generating detailed evaluations.
