Job Summary

This part-time position (50% FTE) within the Finance and Assets Department of the Diocese of Aachen focuses on managing the financial accounting for 28 independent and fiduciary foundations. The day-to-day role involves processing payment transactions, maintaining donor databases, and managing direct debits and donations. You will be responsible for issuing donation receipts, preparing financial evaluations, and supporting annual year-end closing processes. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in financial accounting or tax consultancy
  • Experience in maintaining and updating accounting and donor databases
  • Proven experience in preparing year-end financial statements and account reconciliation
  • Experience working with DATEV software in a professional capacity
