Job Summary
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, conceptualization, and implementation of electronic systems for industrial optical measurement technology, specifically focusing on ScanBox and CT measurement systems. Your daily responsibilities include planning and creating control cabinet layouts, circuit diagrams, and cable lists using EPLAN. You will also be hands-on with the assembly and commissioning of prototype systems, providing critical troubleshooting and diagnostic support. Beyond technical design, you will act as a technical liaison for suppliers and produce comprehensive documentation, including work instructions and acceptance protocols. This position is ideal for a proactive professional looking to work within a leading engineering service provider, offering the stability of a permanent contract and the opportunity to work on innovative projects ranging from medium-sized enterprises to DAX-listed corporations.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification.

- Professional experience in control cabinet and plant construction

- Practical experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical systems
- Experience in supplier coordination and technical communication
