Job Summary
As the Team Lead for ERP Travel & Expense Management at Roche, you will act as a Product Manager and technical architect for the global Travel & Expense (T&E) ecosystem. Your daily responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of the 'Travel & Expense Management' product, overseeing a complex landscape that integrates SAP Concur, SAP S/4HANA, and Snowflake. You will lead a multidisciplinary technical team to deliver high-value, compliant solutions that support the Roche OneT&E vision and major enterprise programs like ASPIRE. This role is unique because it combines strategic product roadmap definition with hands-on leadership in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will drive digital transformation by integrating modern AI/ML capabilities into T&E processes while ensuring business continuity and operational excellence. The position offers the chance to influence global corporate strategy, manage high-level stakeholders in Global Procurement, and optimize user satisfaction through data-driven KPIs and agile methodologies.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in IT, Bioinformatics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- 6-8 years of professional experience in product management or business analysis
- 3+ years of experience in the travel & expense management process area
- 2+ years of experience working in a regulated environment such as Pharma or Biotech
- At least 1 year of proven track record in successfully leading and developing multidisciplinary technical teams
- Experience in delivering and supporting IT solutions and complex system integrations
- Experience in agile ways of working and team optimization using SAFe
