Job Summary

As the Team Lead for ERP Travel & Expense Management at Roche, you will act as a Product Manager and technical architect for the global Travel & Expense (T&E) ecosystem. Your daily responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of the 'Travel & Expense Management' product, overseeing a complex landscape that integrates SAP Concur, SAP S/4HANA, and Snowflake. You will lead a multidisciplinary technical team to deliver high-value, compliant solutions that support the Roche OneT&E vision and major enterprise programs like ASPIRE. This role is unique because it combines strategic product roadmap definition with hands-on leadership in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will drive digital transformation by integrating modern AI/ML capabilities into T&E processes while ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.
