As a Staff Engineer Technical Marketing within the Research & Development team, you will bridge the gap between technical innovation and market application for Medium Voltage Gallium Nitride (GaN) products. Your daily activities will involve defining new technologies in collaboration with customers, supporting design-in activities, and acting as third-level technical support for global sales teams. You will be a key technical contributor, reviewing documentation and creating technical articles to promote cutting-edge power solutions. This role is unique because it combines deep technical R&D involvement with strategic product marketing, allowing you to influence the entire product lifecycle from definition to customer implementation. Working at the forefront of power electronics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in validation, production, and field engineering to drive the adoption of sustainable technology solutions.
