Job Summary

As a Project Manager for High-Voltage MOSFET Product Development, you will lead complex R&D projects within the semiconductor industry from inception to completion. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing globally distributed teams across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific, ensuring project requirements are aligned and documented. You will be responsible for risk management, resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative environment among technical experts. This role is unique because it combines high-level strategic project management with deep technical involvement in silicon and Silicon Carbide (SiC) device physics. You will act as a bridge between technical innovation and business success, ensuring that product development targets are met while navigating the complexities of automotive-grade product requirements. This position is ideal for an experienced professional looking to drive innovation in power switch technologies within a world-leading semiconductor environment.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related field; Project Management certification (ideally IPMA Level C) is highly desirable.

Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry
  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager for R&D projects, including full lifecycle management from start to closure
  • Professional experience with semiconductor devices, power switches, and device physics
  • Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex problem-solving activities
  • Experience in managing projects for automotive products is highly desirable
