Job Summary

As a Staff Engineer within the Research & Development team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of innovative Power Modules. Your daily activities will include floor planning, schematic entry, and analog layout, as well as managing Bill of Materials (BOM) and performing PCB orders through close supplier interaction. You will act as a technical lead in verifying schematics and board layouts while supporting test fixture designs and socket solutions. This role is highly collaborative, requiring seamless communication with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into application-ready products. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or higher technical school qualification.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in power module layout or a related role in automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, or semiconductors
  • Professional experience in electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical constraints implementation
  • Demonstrated experience with power layout techniques including matching, noise, coupling, and shielding
  • Proven track record of supplier interaction and cross-functional communication
