As a Staff Specialist for Product Marketing in the High-Voltage Gallium Nitride (GaN) sector, you will be a key driver in the Research & Development team, bridging the gap between technical innovation and market success. Your daily responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the HV GaN product roadmap, and driving go-to-market activities to accelerate customer adoption. You will act as a market expert for development programs, providing competitive analysis and business case insights to steer investment decisions. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related field. Additional education in business management, marketing, or strategy is an advantage.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Product Marketing or Product Management within the semiconductor industry
  • Demonstrated track record of strong customer focus and successful market engagement
  • Experience in marketing technically sophisticated products such as controllers or multi-chip solutions
  • Experience working effectively in cross-cultural, globally distributed organizations across multiple time zones
