As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for both national and international support requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your daily responsibilities involve managing user requests from initial inquiry through error analysis to final resolution. You will be responsible for client installation and administration, conducting user training sessions, and collaborating closely with various specialist departments. Additionally, you will take on responsibilities for smaller IT projects. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional who enjoys teamwork and technical troubleshooting. Required Skills
