Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician for an industrial company in Offenbach am Main, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software support within an office environment. Your daily responsibilities include managing technical issues through a ticketing system, documenting processes, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for the physical setup, relocation, and decommissioning of IT workstations, as well as installing software manually and personalizing client devices. Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will provide direct user support and training for various hardware and software applications.
