As an IT Onsite Technician based in Bremen, you will play a critical role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for a market-leading service provider. Your daily responsibilities include providing 2nd level support within a production environment, managing Windows and iOS client support, and handling network and telecommunications issues. You will be responsible for resolving support tickets based on priority, performing hardware repairs, and configuring specialized systems such as time tracking and point-of-sale terminals.
