This role involves joining a medium-sized company in Heidelberg as a central expert for Workplace Management. You will be responsible for the operational readiness, continuous development, and adaptation of the IT infrastructure to meet evolving business needs. Day-to-day duties include implementing cloud-based infrastructures, managing device and application provisioning, and conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) studies. You will act as a key communicator between technical teams and decision-makers, translating complex requirements into actionable factsheets and documentation.
