As an Onsite IT Support Technician in Donauwörth, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues at a market-leading managed services provider. Your daily responsibilities include processing IT support requests (B/F, IMAC, and H+E tickets), implementing individual project orders, and providing 2nd level support directly at the customer's location. You will be responsible for maintaining Windows clients, printers, network components, and telecommunications equipment.
