As an IT Monitoring Service Technician in Braunschweig, you will be responsible for the 24/7 surveillance and operation of IT applications within a production environment. Your daily responsibilities include serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and fax, acting as a vital interface between departments. You will be tasked with identifying system warnings and malfunctions, qualifying and prioritizing support tickets, and responding immediately to security threats. A significant portion of the role involves documenting operational processes and providing second-level support for hardware and software issues.
