Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive technical support and onsite services within a managed services environment in Neckarsulm. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of client hardware, including setup, maintenance, and management. Your daily tasks will involve installing and updating operating systems and software, performing individual configurations, and troubleshooting technical issues for end-users. The position bridges First and Second Level support, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction through direct onsite interaction. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Onsite Support or IT Support
- Practical experience in handling IT hardware and software systems
- Experience in setting up and maintaining client hardware and software environments
Languages

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is based in Neckarsulm and involves onsite service for end-users.
