Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician in Düren, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support, providing both remote and hands-on assistance for a market-leading IT solutions provider. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing and resolving network and printer malfunctions, managing assets and clients within Active Directory, and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments. You will also be responsible for setting up IT workstations, training users on hardware and software, and developing preventive IT security measures.
