In this role, you will join a team of specialists providing onsite 2nd level support for a major automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer in Wolfsburg. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve implementing software and hardware solutions within a production environment, managing application support for production software, and conducting detailed error analysis and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ticket management within the customer system, maintaining system documentation, and coordinating closely with the Remote Operation Center.
