As an Onsite IT Service Technician in Hamburg, you will be the primary point of contact for end-user support across a variety of hardware and software environments. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues for desktops, notebooks, and mobile devices (iPhones), as well as managing workplace setups and IT relocations. You will provide direct, in-person assistance to users, ensuring all activities are documented within ticket systems and managing logistics-related configurations. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.

Experience
