Job Summary

As a Network Service Technician in Neckarsulm, you will be responsible for maintaining the network infrastructure of an industrial client. Your daily activities will involve providing on-site services, monitoring ticket queues, and performing 'Break & Fix' tasks. You will be hands-on with hardware, preparing, installing, and removing network components, as well as managing network cabling and inventory. Documentation within customer-specific tools is a core part of the role. This position operates on a 3-shift system and includes on-call duties.
