Job Summary

This full-time role in Augsburg offers a dynamic opportunity to join a leading managed services provider as an IT Onsite Support Technician. You will be responsible for the day-to-day resolution of technical issues through incident management, service requests, and hardware repairs (Break & Fix) for desktops, notebooks, and tablets. The position involves a mix of direct onsite interaction and remote support, including the installation of software and operating systems and the maintenance of technical documentation. Candidates should possess strong technical experience in user support and a deep understanding of modern Windows environments. This role is particularly attractive due to its long-term perspective, 30 days of annual leave, and the support of an experienced local team within an international work environment.
