Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training such as IT Systems Electronician, IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in hardware and software installation and configuration
  • Experience in 2nd-level IT support, preferably within production environments
  • Technical experience in log analysis and evaluating system protocols
  • Practical experience with Windows registry, drivers, and BitLocker encryption
  • Experience performing BIOS upgrades and system diagnostics
