Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take on significant responsibility managing IT processes for a major commercial vehicle manufacturer in Braunschweig. As an Onsite IT Process Technician, you will handle the day-to-day installation and configuration of hardware including desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners. Beyond standard troubleshooting, you will be responsible for steering IT processes according to ITIL standards, coordinating resources, and implementing process improvements within the IT operations.
