Job Summary
This role involves providing on-site technical support and management for mobile devices at a major German automotive manufacturer's facility in Wolfsburg. As a Mobile Device Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate mobile hardware, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. Your daily tasks will include initial device setup, personal user support at the 'Mobility Shop' or via hotline, and managing SIM cards and asset databases. You will also provide 2nd level support by troubleshooting software issues, performing OS installations, and managing hardware damage reports. The position is ideal for customer-oriented professionals who enjoy direct interaction and technical problem-solving.
