This remote-capable role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support for a service provider catering to major German industrial players in the automotive and chemical sectors. As an IT Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of technical issues via ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow. Your daily tasks include managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory, documenting IT processes in knowledge bases, and participating in the rollout of new systems. You will also install, configure, and administer Windows clients and Microsoft Office 365 environments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a similar qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
- Practical experience in the administration of Microsoft products including Windows and Active Directory
- Experience using IT ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow is preferred
- Proven background in IT service orientation and communication
