Job Summary

As an IT Support Technician in Schleswig-Holstein, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT workstations for an established service provider. Your day-to-day activities will involve setting up, reconfiguring, and dismantling hardware at various locations, providing direct on-site support to users, and resolving technical malfunctions. You will play a key role in user onboarding by instructing staff on software and hardware usage, while also managing Windows device personalization and manual software installations. The role requires a strong focus on documentation and asset management within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work and direct user interaction. The role offers a long-term perspective with a transition from temporary to permanent employment, 30 days of vacation, and opportunities for technical specialization within a supportive team environment located between the North and Baltic Seas.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the IT sector, specifically in system integration or network technology
  • Experience in on-site technical support and user interaction
  • Practical experience using ticket systems for incident management
  • Experience in configuring and personalizing Windows-based end devices
