This full-time role based in Neckarsulm involves providing comprehensive onsite technical support for an international IT services and engineering firm. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of client hardware and software, including installation, administration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, networks, and communication systems. You will act as the direct Second Level Support contact for users, ensuring technical documentation and inventory data remain accurate. Required Skills

Education
