Job Summary

This role involves providing on-site technical support and field services for a well-established IT system house in the Penzberg, Wolfratshausen, and Murnau regions. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of rollout and migration projects, hardware and software provisioning, and infrastructure optimization. Your duties include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, setting up video conferencing systems, and providing 1st and 2nd level support for end-users. You will work with a variety of hardware including servers, storage systems, PCs, notebooks, and printers. This position is ideal for both experienced professionals and career starters, offering a secure long-term perspective with structured working hours and flat hierarchies. The role is initially through professional recruitment (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) with a strong option for permanent takeover by the client company.
