Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician in an industrial setting in Burghausen, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of client workstations. Your daily activities will include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for various hardware products such as PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. You will play a key role in rollout and migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions during IT workplace relocations. Beyond technical maintenance, you will provide on-site support and training for end-users, acting as a reliable point of contact for technical issues. This position is ideal for someone who can maintain a clear overview in fast-paced environments.
