As an IT Onsite Support Engineer in Kassel, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance within an international service environment. Your daily responsibilities include installing hardware and software, managing client lifecycles, and performing first and second-level support directly for end-users. You will be tasked with diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions across hardware, software, networks, and communication systems. Additionally, you will maintain technical documentation and inventory data while participating in regular on-call rotations.
