Job Summary

As a Cisco Network Technician in Nuremberg, you will join an established IT services provider specializing in managed services and system integration. Your daily responsibilities will involve the configuration and maintenance of network management systems, specifically focusing on Cisco routing and switching environments. You will play a critical role in implementing access technologies using both copper and fiber optics, while also resolving technical incidents reported through the ticketing system. Beyond maintenance, you will actively contribute to strategic network projects. The position is part of a dedicated team operating on a shift rotation (Monday to Saturday, between 06:00 and 18:00) to ensure high service availability.
