Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive onsite IT support and technical management of meeting environments for an international IT service provider in Holzkirchen. On a daily basis, you will analyze and resolve user IT issues, manage tickets, and set up, configure, and install workstations and end-user devices. A significant portion of the role focuses on technical support for both physical and virtual meetings, including the setup, testing, and troubleshooting of conference room and media technology. You will coordinate closely with users and international teams to ensure seamless software rollouts and updates.
