Job Summary

This part-time (50%) role at the Ulm Music School offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital transformation of a major cultural and educational institution. You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical support of approximately 100 teachers and 2,800 students, focusing on the administration and first-level support of the 'iMikel' music school software and its associated mobile application. Beyond routine support, you will act as a key contact for Artificial Intelligence (AI) topics and contribute to the conceptual design of innovative digital services. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), IT Systems Manager, Digitalization Manager, or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) relevant to educational or music school environments
  • Practical experience in providing first-level IT support for administrative staff and end-users
  • Experience in the administration and maintenance of specialized software systems and mobile apps
  • Proven ability to implement and manage digital transformation projects and innovative digital services
