This role involves leading the digital transformation within the Social Affairs Department of the Ulm city administration. As a Coordinator, you will spearhead a five-year project focused on the strategic development of digital specialized procedures and the introduction of electronic case files starting in 2026. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in project management or the implementation of document management systems and specialized software
  • Proven experience in process management and the design of efficient administrative workflows
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
