Job Summary

This role involves providing critical technical support for a leading manufacturer of dental practice and laboratory software across the DACH region. As an IT Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues both remotely and on-site as part of the field service team. Your daily activities will include providing third-level support to resolve complex software queries and conducting training sessions for customers on various software products following an intensive induction period. The position offers a high degree of agility and flexible working hours within a collaborative team environment. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity initially starting via personnel leasing with a clear option for permanent takeover.
