Job Summary

The Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) is seeking an IT Security Specialist to join their 'Digitalization, Security, and Task Review' unit in either Hamburg or Rostock. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of information security activities in accordance with BSI standards 200-1 to 200-4. Your daily tasks will include conducting risk and vulnerability analyses, monitoring the global IT threat landscape, and performing security audits and penetration tests. You will also support the coordination of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and collaborate with the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). It is a fixed-term two-year contract (TVöD E12) suitable for professionals who have not previously been employed by the Federal Republic of Germany.
