Job Summary

This role is based at the Federal Highway Research Institute (BASt) in Bergisch Gladbach, focusing on IT administration with a specific emphasis on audit, compliance, and IT security. As an IT Auditor, you will be responsible for strengthening federal IT security guidelines (UPBund2017) and ensuring the implementation of measures within the Information Security Management System (ISMS). Your daily tasks will include planning and conducting internal audits, evaluating processes for efficiency and legality, and identifying vulnerabilities and risks. You will also develop improvement recommendations and advise management on audit-related issues.
