Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and infrastructure management for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Munich and Upper Bavaria. As a Microsoft System Engineer, you will handle day-to-day operations including 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues both remotely and on-site. You will be responsible for administering Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers, as well as managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory, MS Exchange, and vSphere. A key part of the role includes implementing new IT software, setting up home office components, and maintaining network landscapes.
